At A-mok it is important that you receive the best service. You are always welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to answer your inquiry as soon as possible.
You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB, UnionPay og American Express in the webshop. All prices are in euro. and incl. VAT.
You always receive a confirmation of your purchase. This is your assurance of knowing the order has gone through. The money will not be withdrawn from your account before we ship the goods.

Your garments are sent from here as soon as possible after your order. In the unlikely event that there will go more than 4 days from your order date, you will be notified. If you are not home to receive your delivery, please fill in the fields concerning different delivery address.
All items you see in the shop are in stock. Should any items be sold out, however, this will be on notified on the webshop or you will be notified in an email.

You have unlimited time to cancel any purchase in the shop and a lifetime of warranty.
Return of your purchased garments should also be sent to the above address. The goods must can even be returned in used condition (allthough we hope you wash them before return). It is a requirement that you include a completed return form – it makes the return / exchange easier for us and helps us to avoid mistakes.
When we receive your returned goods, we will return your money to your account within a week.
If you want to return or exchange an item, you must pay return shipping. We recommend that you send the return as a package, so it allows you to track the package. It is your assurance that the products arrive safely to us. You are responsible for the package until we have received it.
Did you cancel your order or complained, you will always get a mail when we receive the product. The e-mail provides information on the ongoing process of dealing with your cancellation / complaint.
LACK OF SUPPLY
If there is missing something in your delivery please immediately contact tel. +45 28300153. We would kindly ask you to save the package and help us by taking a picture of the received package and then send us an email with your order number.
It makes the process a lot easier.
